The following are typical types of agreements Lamon Records uses to release and market an artist on our label.  Which of the following do you feel would be the best fit for you and your current career achievements and goals…

 

□        Recording Contract
You are an Artist with a proven track record of selling CDs on your own or through another label. Lamon pays for all production, manufacturing and distribution up front - all Lamon’s expenses recoupable from record sales. (Mainly reserved for artists with an established fan base.)

 

□        Record Licensing and Production Agreement
You (or an investor) would pay for all production costs associated with producing a high quality master. Lamon would pay for all manufacturing and distribution of the CD. (You'll work with our award winning production staff to develop a budget tailor made for your needs and goals.)

 

□        Record Licensing
You have completed a master recording that you think will meet our standard and you’re ready to manufacture product.  Lamon would license your master, manufacture and distribute CDs.  You would buy manufactured CDs from us for sale at your concerts, fan club mailings, etc.

 

□        Distribution and Promotion
You’re well into the process!  You’ve recorded a master, manufactured retail-ready CDs, and now find you need help promoting and distributing your music.  You would like Lamon to catalog, digitally scan, make sound clips, and place your CD in our complete distribution channels, which now includes hundreds of retailers, all the major online outlets, legal digital download sites including iTunes, Napster, Rhapsody and others. Basically, you need help promoting and distributing your CD.
