Christian Yeager is a singer/ songwriter from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He is so excited to be releasing his second single through Lamon Records Nashville and with Aristo Media and Jerry Duncan Promotions. Christian released his first single, “Born For A Friday Night”, in May of 2021. It went on to chart at #80 on the Music Row chart, #30 on the All Music Chart: Country Hot 50, and #42 on the Americana Boulevard Internet Radio Chart.
Anita In A Haystack is the title of Yeager’s second release. The track was written by Lee Bach (I Just Can’t Stop Missing You by Charlie Pride), Robin Branda (Daddy Won’t Sell The Farm by Montogmery Gentry), and Mel Besher (What A Day Yesterday Was by Alan Jackson). “The writers on this song are well seasoned Nashville songwriters who have had so much success and longevity in the music business. It was an honor to be able to cut one of their songs,” Yeager shared. Christian recorded and produced Anita In A Haystack in August of 2021 at County Q Productions in Nashville. “I’m always so thrilled with how my tracks turn out when I record at County Q. The team there is so quick and talented in what they do.” Christian also had the opportunity to visit Belmont University in Nashville during his trip in August. He plans to attend Belmont in the fall of 2022 and pursue a degree in Music Business.
Christian has been a performer for as long as he can remember. His father got him started at a very young age with singing and playing piano and guitar. Some of his musical influences are Shania Twain, Brooks and Dunn, Stevie Wonder, and Aretha Franklin. Christian has always loved older music and tries to bring that to life in his own music. Anita In A Haystack is a great representation of that with it’s throwback feel and production. This is the main reason that Christian chose to record this song, along with its catchy hook.
Christian’s single will be released on March 25th on all streaming platforms and will be requestable on country radio.
